PURCHASING & PAYMENT POLICY

STEP 1: PRODUCT SELECTION
Customers can find information, specifications of our products on our website www.tanhacompany.com.vn. After you found the right products that you wanted, please contact our Sales Department via email pkd@tanhacompany.com.vn or call (84-0252) 3505 051 to order and get more detailed information regarding to quality, product information and delivery time.

STEP 2: FINALIZING CONTRACT
After agreeing on the order (quantity, quality, technical drawings, time and place of delivery, …), we will proceed to prepare the contract. Customers will send us information about company name, address, telephone number, tax code, etc. so that we can prepare the contract.

STEP 3: PAYMENT
Once the contract is signed, Customers will proceed to pay the deposit or the full amount of the contract as agreed by cash or bank transfer.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
After receiving the payment, we will carry out the production according to the requirements and standards (as agreed in the contract) and deliver the final products based on delivery time and place as in the contract.
If there is an unintended problem, both parties will discuss, resolve and finalize solutions.

STEP 5: LIQUIDATION
Once the final products are delivered, customers will pay the remaining amount as per contract, we will proceed to issue financial invoice and make Contract Liquidation as stipulated by law.
